Enjoy the soothing sound of Himalayan sound bowls, as we guide you through an unforgettable adventure, during which you will discover inner peace and tranquility. We practice a variety of meditation styles, including mindfulness, breathwork, loving-kindness, body scan, and visualization, each tailored to help you connect deeply with your thoughts and emotions. We also offer recorded copies of the meditation (upon request).
